Procedure for obtaining a permit to film or take photographs on the thoroughfare and/or in municipal premises during opening hours to the public, with a crew (technical and artistic) of no more than fifteen people and with the only installation of two tripods with their cameras, without making cuts of traffic of vehicles, pedestrians or visitors.
